Otto entertainment processes personal data of visitors to this website. Here you can read which data that is, why I process it and what rights you have.

Which data is processed

This website only collects what you fill in yourself in the request form: your name and email address and, if you wish, your phone number, the type of party, the date of your party and your message.

The website anonymously counts how often pages are visited, how often the phone number, email address, WhatsApp or booking link is clicked and how often the request form is sent. It also measures how fast the page loads. These measurements place no cookies and store no personal data such as your IP address.

The “Book your date” button opens my own booking page on otto-entertainment.nl. What you fill in there is outside this website.

Purpose and legal basis

I use your data to answer your request and plan your party with you. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

A security check is used to keep out automated requests. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in keeping the form usable (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long data is kept

Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than two years after the last contact. If your request leads to a booking, the statutory retention periods for the accounts apply.

Who receives the data

Eenpit (Van Bostelen Software) builds and manages this website and processes the form submissions on my behalf, as a processor. A data processing agreement is in place.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also provides the form’s security check.

Your data is not sold and not used for advertising.

Google rating

Near the reviews, this website shows my rating on Google. When you scroll to the reviews, Google Maps loads that rating and Google’s fonts, and Google receives your IP address among other things, to which Google’s privacy policy applies. I receive no data about this.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data and have it corrected or deleted. You can also have its processing restricted, object to the processing and receive your data in a common file format.

If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
